Vertical Furnaces 

The vertical circular furnace, especially designed for perlite expansion plants, is a two walled, i.e. external and internal walls, cylinder shape vertical furnace. The raw material is fed to the center of furnace from four different points; with the fed frequency being adjusted with frequency converter. The furnace needs very little floor space, is self-supported and does not need additional support.
 
Depending on the plant facilities, fuel access and required product capacity either gasoline burners or natural gas burners can be used. Temperature values in the system, working positions of the machines, raw material feed rates can be monitored and controled by the operator.
