Dust Collection Plant
Installing an efficient dust collection system should be a priority for the small shop as well as the large shop, whether the material being machined is wood, plastic, or a composite. Not only is this essential for health reasons and compliance with many national and local codes, but it is also good business because it saves money and helps to maintain the quality of the finished product. A few examples of the application of dust collection plants in different industries is given below,
Wood working
Wood working produces a large amount of saw dust and sanding dust. A variety of products and combinations can be developed to remove the wood waste from the work places.
Machining process
In the metal machining process, i.e. milling, drilling and grinding, metal chips are generated, that should be collected.
Dust in foundries
Dust at molding lines and shot blasting machines also needs to be collected by means of suitable dust collection system.
